About Pund-IT
In the intensely competitive world
of information technology (IT), traditional market communications
strategies, advertising based one-way campaigns resting on rear-facing
survey research are no longer sufficient to gain or maintain
competitive advantage. This reality drives IT suppliers from the
enterprise to consumer markets to retain Enhanced Industry
Analysis Services (EIAS) like those provided by Charles King of
Pund-IT, Inc.
Why is the EIAS model so powerful?
|
• |
Market Credibility
EIAS clients recognize that they need credible, knowledgeable,
and active industry observers to assist in crucial
communications efforts. Active clients find that Pund-IT
delivers significant business advantage in the form of more
credible campaigns with higher customer satisfaction.
|
|
• |
Market Visibility
As the market consumes quantities of information about IT,
visibility in the media qualifies (and can quantify) the impact
of EIAS analysts like Charles. However, simplistic metrics like
the number of quotes and the quality of the venue where they
appear are merely “shorthand” measures of the value EIAS
analysts provide clients.
|
|
• |
High Availability
In the quickly evolving IT industry, creating and delivering
timely competitive market communications is a demanding process
for suppliers and the media that must absorb and report on these
changes. Pund-IT clients appreciate the immediate access and
thoughtful analysis that Charles provides in helping to
reconcile differing market views.

Robust Analysis
Executive interaction is a key component of EIAS services,
allowing analysts to take traditional techniques to a deeper
level. In confidential client settings, Charles helps some of
the most sophisticated IT market players enhance the impact of
market communications to iteratively maximize competitive
advantage. |
Today, more than ever, establishing clarity of
thought, action, and result are critical for business IT vendors
and customers alike. Pund-IT’s primary goal is to help clients
make sense of the complex, constantly evolving IT landscape. For
Pund-IT, the EIAS model provides the key to effectively meeting
customers’ essential needs.
